Sydney International Airport Arrivals Pickup Procedure
Applicable only if no Meet & Greet has been arranged
Sydney Charter Bus Australia (SCBA) have the finest details for all Sydney International Airport arrivals.
You would have received a driver name and contact number by SCBA.
The minibus or coach will be waiting at the bus and coach holding area located minutes from the collection point.
When everybody has collected their luggage and is are ready to go, you should call the driver and proceed to the Bus and Coach pickup area.
When the driver receives the call he/she will go to the pickup area.
The arrivals shall walk out of the terminal on the ground floor and turn RIGHT (north) and proceed to pickup area where the bus or coach will be waiting.
The pickup areas for buses and coaches are numbered.
The group pickup area for private (not public) services is numbered 25 upwards.
The coach pickup area is located under the overpass,
minibus pickups next to coach pickup area (see map and pics).
The walk takes about 2-3 minutes once you've left the terminal.
The pickup bays are numbered as follows;
Coaches - bay number 25 upwards
Minibuses - bay number 32 upwards
Please look for our logo printed on the bus or coach or displayed in the front window.
If in doubt about the location of the bus and coach pickup area, please ask the airport staff for directions or any friendly coach / bus driver.
